Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the NotMarketing application (“Service”), operated by NotMarketing (“we,” “us”). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
NotMarketing is a private, invite-only tool for managing the social media presence of represented creators, including Instagram analytics, posting schedules, and optional calendar reminders. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by us to access the Service.
4. Accounts and access
Access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using it to violate any law or the terms of any connected platform (including Instagram/Meta and Google).
6. Connected third-party accounts
When you connect an Instagram or Google account, you authorize the Service to access and act on that account as described in the Privacy Policy and as needed to provide the features you use. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding data you or connected accounts provide) are owned by NotMarketing. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party platform data will always be accurate or available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotMarketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Update this if you later register a business in another jurisdiction.)
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
